Gulfstream Park has an 11-race card Saturday, November 4th.
First post is at 12:40 PM in Hallandale Beach, Fla. Two stakes races are on the card: the Armed Forces in race 5, and the Showing Up Stakes in race 10. Both are $65,000 purse races on the all-weather track, known also as Tapeta track surface.
Race 6 kicks off the Rainbow 6 wager at about 3:30 PM with a carryover Saturday of $49,758.
On Friday, the rainbow wager paid $864.52. Three favorites won on the day, all in the last 6 races. The Early pick 5 paid $3,402.00 while the Late pick 5 paid $803.40. The Super High 5 wager carried over from Sunday – added to that pool in race 1 Friday, and paid out $1,716.10 in race 2.
The winning Rainbow 6 program #’s: 4/8-8-4-9-6/7-9/13.
Total all-sources track handle was $4.94 million Friday.
