Starting with Wednesday’s card (3/18), Tampa Bay Downs will be off-limits to all individuals except horseman, jockeys, essential staff, state licensed officials and accredited media. The track will suspend simulcast wagering after Sunday’s racing.
All this is in response to the Corona Virus crisis. The Silks Poker room and the Golf facility will remain open until further notice. No parimutual wagering will be offered.

Fans can still wager on races through account wagering  sites such as NYRA Bets, DRF Bets, TVG and Twin Spires and watch races on the track’s website www.tampabaydowns.com. The regular Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday racing schedule will continue without spectators until further notice.

TODAY’S PLAY   YADI (4) may have an edge in Race 10, a Mile and Forty yards on the main track for $8,000 NW2L. Post time is 5:08.

This sophomore from the Kelsey Danner barn drops to the lowest level in his eight race career, after facing open company rivals in his last trio of races. At 6/1 in the morning line, he is a good bet with this field.

THE BET  $10 to win on YADI (4) and a $2 exacta box with  THE DOER (2) and NEAT STREET (6). 2,4,6. Total Bet $22 GOOD LUCK!!
