That’s a relief as 7 of the last 9 racing days saw most of the races taken off-the-turf. Six turf and 6 dirt races are on the card today; with 119 starters listed. All races are either claiming or maiden special weight. Races 3 and 8 are two-year-old runs.
Friday’s Action – Nine races were run with 67 starters amid firm track conditions. Just two favorites entered the winners circle, and a pair of 12:1 and 8:1 wins lifted the late race payouts. No races were off the turf, a welcome sign from the recent rains the past two weeks where 31 of 35 races left the grass track for the dirt.

Carryovers:
The carryover on the Rainbow 6 (Pick 6) wager, is at $2,683,444 to be run about 3:52 PM with race #7. The Super Hi-5 was not hit Friday, and that $1 bet will have a $7,909 carryover in race 1 most likely with 9 entries listed.
