Gulfstream Park will host a 9-race card with a 2:00 PM first post Friday.
The Super Hi-5 and Rainbow 6 wagers have carryovers of $1,937 and $627,139 respectively. Last race post is 6:02 PM. Thursdays racing action finally was ‘normal’ in that no off-turf races were run under clear-good conditions.
Bondetti upset the wager-wagon in race 6 with a win @ 41:1, resulting in just 3 winners for the Rainbow 6 – for $29,296 each.
Two 2-year-old races on the Thursday card didn’t make things easy also, with Susikin winning the final race (9) in a maiden-claimer at 6:1. Today’s card has 53 starters listed for races 4-9, with race 4 starting the Rainbow 6 at about 3:30 PM.
