From approximately 11:00 a.m. Eastern through this evening, we will have coverage of today’s Breeders’ Cup races and coverage of the racing at the Gulfstream Park West meet.
That coverage will be almost exclusively on our blog, which can be accessed on the menu bar at the top of the home page of this web site.
There are nine Breeders’ Cup races today at Del Mar–starting at 3:00 p.m. Eastern (12:00 p.m. Pacific).
The last Breeders’ Cup race, the Classic, has a scheduled post of 8:35 p.m. Eastern (5;35 p.m. Pacific).
At approximately 5:00 p.m. Eastern, we will publish our selections for the Breeders’ Cup Classic.
The GP West meet, at Calder in Miami Gardens, has a ten-race card with first post of 12:00 p.m. Eastern.
It includes the first two stakes race of the meet, that began Oct. 4.
The $75,000 Showing Up is one mile on turf for 3-year-old males, It is the seventh race, with scheduled post of 4:02 p.m. Eastern.
The $75,000 Cellars Chiraz is is one mile on turf for 3-year-old fillies. It is the tenth race with scheduled post of 5:56 p.m. Eastern.
